Zero Tolerance Policy
The Collective has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
We strictly prohibit and will immediately remove:
- Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Violence, graphic content, or threats of violence
- Sexual content, nudity, or sexual harassment
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
- Any other content that violates our community standards
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be immediately banned from the platform. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Collective, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain the security of your account
- Not impersonate others or create false identities
User Conduct & Content Moderation
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post offensive or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including content removal and user banning.
Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
The Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
