By accessing and using The Collective mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of The Collective app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the app materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Conduct

As a user of The Collective, you agree to:

You retain ownership of content you create and share on The Collective. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing our services.

• Warning the reported user
• Suspending the user's account
• Permanently banning the user from the platform
